This herbal tea blend is full of nervous system and digestive soothing ingredients which will help you feel revived. Rooibos and chamomile have a calming effect and sage is anti-inflammatory.
Ingredients: Nettle tops, organic rooibos, flowers of chamomile, mint leaves, ginger root, fennel, liquorice root, sage and peppermint leaves. May contain traces of nuts.
Preparation: Use freshly boiled filtered water 100°C.
Allow 1 slightly heaped teaspoon of tea for 300ml cup. Infuse for 5-8min.
