1. PULL IT OPEN: open the leak resistant plug to release any vacuum, grip the bottom of the cup and pull firmly until it pops open.
2. FILL WITH HOT OR COLD DRINK: once open, pour in your favourite beverage, close with the lid and enjoy
3. FOLD IT: once empty, push down firmly (make sure plug is open to release the air) and close the plug
4. POP IT IN YOUR POCKET: once closed and sealed, pop it in your pocket or bag and get on with your day!
